Sales & Account Manager

On the 1st of January 2017, I took up the role of Sales Account Manager at AIGS.

As the Sales Account Manager, my key roles and responsibilities still remain the same as they were when I was employed as the Customer Services Manager in May 2015.

Of which they were and remain to support, deliver the highest standard and enhance customer satisfaction.

However, in addition to those responsibilities, I am now responsible for managing the relationships between our OpenEdge Reseller Partners and Direct Customers.

My first port of calls will be to get to know each of our customers, gain in-depth knowledge of their business’s and find out what their day to day operating challenges are so that along with my fellow colleagues we can assist you Our Valued Customer in overcoming those challenges and in turn aspire to deliver real value to you.
